I have just moved into Bull Run and I must say I have enamored with this place and staff. Carmen, Nancy, and Kaitlyn(hope spelling is correct) are the most professional employees I have ever encountered. They present such a friendly and willing to help attitude, it’s really rare nowadays. Calls for service are extremely fast and it’s a super pleasant place to live all topped off by the three employees I mentioned. Highly recommended this location!

Definitivamente no recomiendo venir a este lugar si tu intención es estar tranquilo y seguro con tu familia . La zona de piscina es un lugar lleno de gente que viene de la calle , que no vive aquí , se juntan a fumar marihuana , inclusive si estás ahí con tus niños . Homeless usan la ducha de la piscina para tomar sus baños . I enjoy living here. All of the office staff is very helpful and professional. The property is well maintained, safe and peaceful. Maintenance at this property is top notch and they pay close attention to detail. Last week they even polished our brass door handle and door knocker! I considered moving and decided to stay at the last minute because I recognized this place is home! I have lived at another Graham property and it was equally as nice, but this one is truly a gem!
I've had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The units are very nice, the common areas are clean, and they keep up with maintenance really well.
