Lindsay Brereton performed magnificently in selling our medical office building. The building was originally listed with a different broker, and there was no interest in the property. Eventually we sought a different broker. There were issues both with the building and the location which were promptly addressed with Lindsay’s help. Jesse Whalen, Commercial Real Estate Tenant Rep Advisor was great to work with! I am a Broker myself but I hired Jesse for his expertise in Office and it paid dividends.
