I regularly shop at this Bulk Barn location and always had a great experience until this incident. During checkout, the cashier failed to apply a coupon that my purchase was eligible for. When I pointed it out, he called the keyholder for assistance. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the keyholder repeatedly told me they could not accept returns, even though I explained several times that this was NOT a return and I had not even paid yet.
