I saw Beth and did a Fear of Flying Course. I would highly recommend this course. I have spent my life with anxiety on a plane and finding ways to avoid flying (driving silly distances just so I wouldn't have to fly). Last month I went on an overseas flight 14 hours. This course changed my life. Thanks Beth and Pilot Michael for helping me go forward and have the ability to travel around the world.
