Poor service. Took 75 minutes to get food. Had to repeatedly ask for food . Inattentive waiter. Broken spoon that cut the lip of a person in our group.. Waiter seemed indifferent to cut. I’ll never return on the weekend. Where were the managers?

Was in town just for the night and client suggested Buku. Food was great, atmosphere great. Chipotle Chicken Empanadas were unreal.
