When I found that the owners were going to move back into my rental house, I started working with Bukka to find a home in Petaluma. He was very familiar with the neighborhoods and made it convenient to run out and look at houses immediately after they came on market. He listened to the things that were important to me and within a few weeks we were in escrow on my home. I couldn't be happier. He was present and meticulous through each inspection which helped everything move through without any hitches.
