Bought flooring from them. The flooring had a defect and they refused to sell me new flooring to replace the damaged pieces (they have zero inventory I guess and bad relationship with manufacturer?), let along contact the manufacturer for warranty assistance. I would stick to established retailers and stay far away from these guys. They blamed the installers but still refused to sell me new flooring and rudely hung up on me. Stay far away
