Our insurance company gave us a heck of a time when our hail damaged 13 year old roof started leaking. They told us it was all maintenance issues that were our responsibility. Brauzon from Built to Last saved us. He helped get the inspector to come out again and see the damage that was missed before. There was a prolonged process from the insurance company but Brauzon and the company stayed on top of everything and provided timely updates to us. I've hired *** and Built To Last for a couple of projects. The first included reroofing the house, replacing the soffit around the house which had rot in places, replacing the gutters and downspouts and painting the siding. The second was replacing the faux-french door to the patio with a sliding glass door. Our house is 25 years old and needed some repairs.
