Avoid this repait servicer if at all possible. They will NOT respond to your needs – I have a refrigerator that is only 13 months old and my warranty people chose this crappy place to get it repaired. They never call you back. If you try and call them, all you get is a busy tone or a bad attitude. It has been 2 weeks since we have been waiting for the part that they said would take 7-10 days.
