This is a great place, the have wood tile, lighting metal and even the kitchen sink. The prices are fair. Most items are donations diverted from the waste stream. Can't believe I haven't already reviewed this place. It's magical. An asset to SF. The people are really nice, and it's fun to just browse even if you don't know exactly what you need.
I’ve been shopping at Building Resources for years. They have a fantastic selection of pre-owned building materials like doors, windows, shelving, lighting and related hardware. I have bought many top quality interior and exterior doors as well as things I’ve repurposed and placed in my garden. I also find beautiful vintage brass door hardware there which I use to make wall sconces for my small light design business. You never know what you might find there, it’s like a treasure hunt!
