I discovered wet carpet 24 hours after moving in the house. Mr. Andrew came out the same day. He was professional, courteous and got the results fast.

We were happy with the inspections Andrew did when we moved to Florida in 2010, so I recommended him to my parents in July 2016 when they moved here. Andrew turned on the water in the bathroom sinks and walked out and ended up flooding the master bath of my parents new house....then, he didn't follow through with his commitment to replace the cabinets that he destroyed by flooding. Incompetent! Don't waste your money. Keep looking if you need a home inspector.
