I have been seeing Dr. A for nearly a year now and have been transformed into the person I wasn't aware I could be. My self worth and self esteem are the highest they have ever been. We work together to manage my anxiety and personal relationships by incorporating new tools and techniques. I was able to move past trauma that affected how I interacted with people around me by labeling my cognitive distortions. This help has been life changing.
NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL. I relocated to the area and was referred to them. I did all the forms submitted all the paperwork required and never received a response. Every time you call no one answers or call you back. And the worst is this has been over a month ago. So just to think if I was in a critical situation. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It would be like hitting the lottery if someone returns your call.
I have no idea how this business isn’t out of business by now. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for literally 4 weeks and they have NEVER answered the phone. It’s unbelievable. The fact that they are supposed to be in mental health support and have nonexistent customer service is laughable.
I found building blocks through my insurance provider's website. I reached out through their website in the hopes of scheduling an appointment. They replied with a link to fill out some forms. I filled them out immediately. 4 business days later I received a call in the middle of the day. I answered but because I work for a living I wasn't able to spend much time on the call so I asked if I could call them back.
