I have no idea how this business isn’t out of business by now. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for literally 4 weeks and they have NEVER answered the phone. It’s unbelievable. The fact that they are supposed to be in mental health support and have nonexistent customer service is laughable.
I found building blocks through my insurance provider's website. I reached out through their website in the hopes of scheduling an appointment. They replied with a link to fill out some forms. I filled them out immediately. 4 business days later I received a call in the middle of the day. I answered but because I work for a living I wasn't able to spend much time on the call so I asked if I could call them back. Kristen was a great listener. I was able to express alot of things about myself for her to get to know me as a person. Asked me great questions and was very kind, making me feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Being at the point of wanting to leave my marriage, Ashley has helped my husband and I build better communication skills with each other.
