I had a 2:15 appointment with Dr. Vidic for severe cervicogenic headaches; I have a history of spinal fusions in my neck. Upon arrival, there was a sign that he was running an hour behind. I tried to explain to staff that due to the nature of my pain, I could not sit in their chairs that provide ZERO support for my upper back or neck. Terrible place. Hate coming here they are so slow. Even slower now that they remodeled. No one knows what they are doing. Blood draws take 45 minutes to an hour, even when there is hardly anyone here. 100% incompetent staff
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The staff is incompetent and the primary care physicians will leave info out of your charts as well as ignore major side effects of medication. I have only had Hartle for 6 months and she is by far the worst medical professional I have encountered. She treated me in a completely unprofessional and demeaning way, and I can honestly say my experience with her was traumatizing. All around the entire staff ignores and belittles serious/debilitating symptoms. If I could rate them any lower I would.
