Mason did our siding, windows, roof, deck and gutters. We had a fire and had to redo the inside and outside. Mason and his crew did all the exterior work and the quality is excellent. His crew were professional, friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Seemed insulted that we asked for a bid, and angry for most of the visit. At one point during our visit, my husband had to step away to help with our children. Mason seemed very offended that he did not have my husbands total attention, and that he had to deal with me, a lowly woman. I felt like we spent most of the time dealing with his hurt feelings. Unsatissfied. I request service for a cracked Window frame on a newly installed window , on the phone number I was provided the owner called me back saying “stop harassing me”. Didn’t realize requesting a company to fix an issue is a harassment. This was adding salt to an injury as the entire project was Wrought with issues. I have a few more remodels coming up-I will never use this company again. I have no words to describe my frustration with this company. To Whom It May Concern !! This is the 1st time I've had the opportunity to offer any review and experience with a company via the BBB. I state hear the "Absolute" truth regarding that "association". When introduced to the owner, Mason R*****, I had prepared myself to be, "Hustled" !! We are very happy with the colors we chose, the product quality and installation overall. The only negative aspect is that due to a product lack of availability or the the measurements being off (I got both excuses), it took almost a month to complete my small rambler. The installers were courteous and cleaned up daily. They accommodated a last minute change to add back in 4 light fixture "J-boxes" that I declined early in the install. Mason R. came and gave us his presentation we've decided to go with him to do a roof and on the third day we change our mind and he was very professional and responsible at handling this problem when we're ready we'll most likely call him back thanks *****
