I was amazed with the gentleman who did the work. He did a great job on the vinyl siding, I’m very happy with it! Everything is finally done, and the work looks great.

We knew our deck building project was going to be an adventure! It was a daunting project, but we are so happy we took the plunge. My husband and I like to do fix it projects on our own, but we knew that if we were going to redo our deck, we'd need strong strappin' people. Now that we're seeing some sunshine, it really makes me appreciate the work. Yuri did a great job on the deck, and he's a good guy. Mason’s team did a great job. The workers were very informative, and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They were right on schedule every day. They worked in the pouring rain, I have no complaints! At the end before they left, they had me look everything over, and cleaned up all the debris. Everything went smoothly. They really did an awesome job.

I was very impressed with the quick response I had from Mason. Always on top of calling me back, almost always on the same day! We started the project in the middle of Covid, and there was some waiting around, but that had everything to do with Des Moines inspector, not Mason. The roof went nice and quick, and ??overall we were very impressed.

The insulation siding that was installed is amazing. We had our house done last August 2020, and our house Jas become better efficient. It's warmer and we have noticed a decrease in our utility bills. I am really happy to save some money in these times. The product is extremely durable and maintenance free. This will over the Yeats to come, provide for less outside maintenance. Great Job!

Mason wasted my time by refusing to give a quote for a job, his sales approach was off putting and he will not be considered for the project.

If you are looking for bids, do not call Builders Service. They will not give estimates of any kind until you agree to their services first. Apparently, there are enough people will to do business with them in this fashion that they are able to stay in business. They may very well do top-notch work, but I think most people who use the BBB website would agree that making a commitment with no idea whatsoever as to price is extremely unwise.
