Same experience as Raymond James. My parents called them for an estimate to clean their chimney. Gave them a bunch of crap about things that "needed fixed" and that fumes from the hot water tank were probably leaking into the basement. Called to make an appointment, I got a toll number which scheduled me to be seen. Upon arrival, I was told a 230 dollar mandatory chimney inspection was needed in order to look at my VENTLESS gas fireplace. I said sure whatever, even after telling them this.
