We bought wider carpeting (and waited longer and paid extra for this) to fit our basement and they miscut it. Then they instructed the subcontracters to lay it anyway-without informing us. We had paid more money for the wider roll. Luckily, I saw what was going on. I never would have known had I not seen this. If you buy from them, becareful.
