Can't speak on craftsmanship since I'll never hire this company. Likely will be on time though, as they seem to be in a rush. Cut off two drivers that I saw and almost pushed me off the road this morning. 160km/h + on the malahat by the lookout, until roughly tunnel Hill. Tailgating with less than a car length. Great advertising, I'll probably pass on your services when you have employees driving like this. ***095
Am giving 3 stars for the product itself which I really like....or else they get 0 stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE/ BUSINESS PRACTICES My Sept 3 confirmed install was a "NO SHOW"...with no phone calls( even after leaving 8 vms) ( office tells my contractor they went to Vegas). Install on the 10th,...discussed with installer their Vegas trip! I visited Office on Oct.2, No apology offered, No accountability taken whatsoever. "You were the only customer missed!" Good Luck with this company..could go either way!
Builder’s Choice was just here to service a previous installation. Fabulous customer service and great work by Rob and Nathan. Over the top! I highly recommend.
