A home builder and remodeler that didn't try and sell me on how great he was. I was given some of the best and most honest advice about a home I was going to buy to fix up and sell. I don't know much about remodeling homes and have learned how many different types of home remodelers are out there. I appreciated the knowledge that was demonstrated and ended up making a decision not to buy a house in Wayzata because of all of the things Joe and his framing carpenter pointed out to me.

So incredibly glad I found Joe. His expertise was incredible. He never missed a phone call and I called him a ton over the 8 month period that we worked together. I was shocked to learn how many transactions Joe handled personally (without and assistant) which is the way I like to do business, because I felt like one of Joe's only clients.

Joe is hands down the best Internet marketing Realtor I know. And I know of realestate agents. Joe sold my house without putting it on the market and I got more money for it then 5 realtors I interviewed told me I would get for it.

Can't express how happy I am to have worked with Joe. My faith in Realtors has been restored. After several bad experiences with Real Estate Agents I finally found a good one. Top notch from start to finish.
