1 star is too many. A company paid to avoid warranty requests.
I just got the keys to our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. Although our sales rep left company in the middle of the project, our new rep Drew made the transition very smooth and painless. Chris was our project manager and his attention to detail was incredible. He delivered a house and home for us to start the new chapter of our lives. This company could not care less about fixing the issues with the home. During the purchase they brag about how good their warranty and service are. We are 3 months past closing and it's clear that the warranty department has no intention of fixing our discolored counters, damaged interior garage door, scratched windows, not to mention the countless cosmetic issues that I haven't bothered with. Wish I could give zero stars. From jump money and time wasted, they're all talk and full of broken promises. Model home is beautiful but that's about it. Please don't waste your time like I did.
