Since our purchase in 2024 at Mustang Lake Celina, the house has experienced recurrent and severe water leakage during heavy rainfall. Despite previous repair attempts by your representative Tra*** in September 2024 and March 2025, the issue remains unresolved. Following the most recent heavy rain on May 26, 2025, we again experienced extensive water intrusion.
