PFAF Model of the house looks nice. But builders weren’t really detailed in a lot of their work. Almost like it was rushed in a lot of places around the house. Whoever did the electrical did a bad job all around. A simple light switch can trip the breaker and it happens often each week.
I purchased a brand‑new home from Coventry Homes in May 2025. Within the first few weeks, I began noticing structural issues such as interior cracks, exterior brick separation, and signs of foundation movement. We recently had the opportunity to work with Casey Walker from Coventry homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area located at Cambridge Xing, Celina, TX for one year warranty service. Casey was extremely responsive, responsible, and sincere in addressing the issues we reported. Despite the negative reviews about Dream Finders Home I selected this builder for my home knowing that I needed to ask all the right questions.
