Our kitchen was flooded and needed to be replaced. Julio came out to give us an estimate. He said he'd have an estimate ready for us in a few days. We've never heard back from him. We feel that he wasted our time and my husband came home from work early to meet with him, losing those work hours. Julio, if you are going to agree to do something, maybe you should follow through. The least you could have done was call and say you didn't want the job, rather than leaving us hanging.
