Just the worst communication ever, not happy with job overall, and now because things like flashing were not installed, we have to re-do and will probably need to replace a custom door aka Frankendoor! We've waited since July to get Frankendoor installed, even to hear Frankendoor was done and finally December 6, 2017, it was done and ready to install. What a fiasco and it still leaks! Overall, this experience has been pretty terrible. We decided to hire Ron to install windows and retrofit wall insulation because he could overlap services and have the work done back to back. Not only did that not happen, there were all sorts of problems: - They failed to get the windows ordered in time for the start date (September), and lied about it- first telling us they were delivered, then telling us they were on back order, then finally telling us they didn't actually get ordered. - They did not return phone calls or... read more
