Plate #NDS-4511 cut me off and even went on a closed road to cut another car off. He’s an extremely dangerous driver. All while having his phone up to his ear. SMH. I Would not trust these employees with my home nor in any other line of business. Insane how this man was driving. This is the picture before he went into the closed second lane.
