I ordered off of the Build a Bear website and this was the closest warehouse to me. Got my first order wrong as it was supposed to be stuff and was sent unstuffed. Customer Service let me send it back with a new order on the way. Got the new order today and they got my order wrong again with an item missing. I'm not sending it back again as they can have that extra money. It's not worth the hassle of having to send it back and get another wrong order. This was awful I tried to call them and tell them that my boyfriend has a package at ur guys location and I followed all the steps and the one dude says sorry can u repeat that the lines breaking up and then he's like ok I need a vertification for first and last name and then I hung up bc I got annoyed so please make this Easier and hurry up ur guys butt my boyfriend package has been there since 10:16 am and my boyfriend will come himself and find out

Absolute nightmare online ordering. They don't charge your card immediately, piecemailed the charges from my card. Never send emails to notify of order being received, no notice for shipping. Never got my gift cards. Absolutely insane. PLEASE just go to the store and get a bear instead of ordering online. Absolutely miserable.
