I wouldn’t recommend doing business here. They have people quoting you a service who don’t know the real price, and then they will hit you with a higher price when you’re ready to pay. They need to educate all people answering the phone not to misquote people and give the wrong prices. You can’t surprise someone with a $207 bill after you told them initially, over the phone it would cost $79 plus tax and fees. That is stealing. This place will never get a cent from me. I encourage you to shop elsewhere.
No high pressure from anyone. Friendly customer service. Honest, transparent pricing. Knowledgeable and super friendly sales person (Mike Hagstrom) that made sure I was comfortable with my vehicle settings and "bells and whistles." A very welcoming atmosphere. I'm so pleased with everything from start to finish. Thank you!!
Great experience overall and very low pressure. Our salesman, Trevor, was very helpful in getting us in the right vehicle. He even provided some entertainment for our child who had reached the limit of her patience with us. We looked at new and used models and Trevor was able to show us both. Negotiations were extremely easy and we found a deal we both liked very quickly. I would absolutely do business here again!
I cannot say enough about customer service in all depts. I had mechanical issue with my pacifica, service dept. did not skip a beat! 10 star service! Highly recommend. Top notch hail rpr.
