We reached out to Darryl about a specific make and model of car and he was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We had been looking around at other dealerships, but he treated us really well, and knew what we wanted in a car and price, so we bought that same day!
just purchased a used Buick vehicle 7 months ago. less than 5k put on it.. brakes have seized, calipers seized stuts are leaking. according to safety paperwork this was all brand new at time of purchase. they dismissed my complaint at the dealership level . sales manager Dan played some mind games. I think im going to contact the news and media outlets
From the moment I walked into Gauthier Buick GMC, I felt welcomed and appreciated. This dealership is exceptionally clean with very friendly staff. They made the car buying process so easy and stress-free. I especially appreciate the patience and professionalism of Riley. He understood our needs and we found the perfect vehicle for our new addition to the family We have absolutely zero complaints. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
I had disappointed experience with the used car manager at this location named Den at this dealership location.From the start the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than answering my questions and helping me feel confident in my purchase, the manager was rude ,impatient and acted like i was wasting their time .
