Mason kept me informed the whole time and got me in a loaner vehicle. I’m really impressed the the organization.
I made an appointment through the online system to have a check engine light checked and an oil change. I received confirmation by email and text that these two services were scheduled. Once we arrived at the service department, we were told we only scheduled an oil change. I have both emails and texts that say otherwise. We were told they would "help us out" by trying to get the vehicle in for the check engine light.
