A very good friend of mine has a brand new gmc truck there for a transmission issue. This is a brand new truck mind you. It's been there for 5 months, waiting on a part. THAT'S 5 MONTHS! Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service seems non existing and seeing other people's frustrations and their one star reviews it sounds like this dealership needs to be overhauled or shut down entirely. It was our first time at this dealership or even at a GMC dealership. It was our first one since it was near our home. We wete interested in the hummer. We walked in barley noone was there or came to see what we needed. It was a long tome for someone even to come help us. Finally someone came to help us her name was Jennifer.
