I had such an amazing experience working with Jermaine. From start to finish, he made purchasing my car incredibly easy and smooth. A very good friend of mine has a brand new gmc truck there for a transmission issue. This is a brand new truck mind you. It's been there for 5 months, waiting on a part. THAT'S 5 MONTHS! Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service seems non existing and seeing other people's frustrations and their one star reviews it sounds like this dealership needs to be overhauled or shut down entirely. People are paying with their hard earned money for these vehicles and for this dealership to hold them ransom us absurd. Stay away from this ... read more
