I'm not one for writing reviews, but holy hell, do not use the service center. The buying experience was great, so I can recommend that sound of the house. My wife took our 2024 Tahoe in after I scheduled our first oil change service ~4 months after buying our car from them, and they couldn't find the reservation (I booked on the website, received text and email confirmations, that she showed them). My husband's 2024 GMC Truck has been in the service department longer than we have owned it. The service department provides extremely long timelines and then when the date comes to pick it up, they say it's not ready, and extends the repair for another 2 weeks. This has happened multiple times. Pretty sure they could have called and shared that information before those due dates. Or even repaired it on time. Service is Horrible. Horrible service department experience. Will come up with every excuse in the book not to repair your complaints, especially if the vehicle is still under the factory warranty. The technician damaged my exterior window seal trying to pry it back in with his pocket screwdriver and Josh B. promised a replacement. Never heard back from him, tried messaging him multiple times in our text chat and then he closed the ticket a few days later. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership assuming they keep up on routine maintenance. I bought a 2021 Toyota Camry with brakes so worn I had to replace the whole system.
