My husband's 2024 GMC Truck has been in the service department longer than we have owned it. The service department provides extremely long timelines and then when the date comes to pick it up, they say it's not ready, and extends the repair for another 2 weeks. Horrible service department experience. Will come up with every excuse in the book not to repair your complaints, especially if the vehicle is still under the factory warranty. The technician damaged my exterior window seal trying to pry it back in with his pocket screwdriver and Josh B. promised a replacement. Never heard back from him, tried messaging him multiple times in our text chat and then he closed the ticket a few days later. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership assuming they keep up on routine maintenance. I bought a 2021 Toyota Camry with brakes so worn I had to replace the whole system.
After working 60 hour work weeks through covid as a critical care registered nurse here in Portland, my wife and I were finally in a position to get the vehicle we wanted...
