Bought a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali in March of 2024 (new) Truck is fine, But I have paint peeling (chips) on the front bumper, After the service dept let me wait for over 7 hours in the waiting room, the Service manager told me it’s not the trucks paint, but it’s my fault!! My experience with Hadwin-White GMC couldn’t have been better! Anthony Marbella was very honest and knowledgeable about everything on my vehicle. He even gave me his personal cell phone number for any questions I might have, and there have been a few, and even offered to FaceTime me to demonstrate how to set up features on the infotainment system on my new Acadia Denali. Hadwin-White has a super solid reputation of service from my perspective! I appreciate their professionalism and their attention to detail. The only thing I would like to see is them washing the vehicle after servicing. There are a ton of pollen covered hand prints all over the hood and fenders.
Process was seamless. Negotiations and applications were completed from states away. I presented in person to sign and there were no surprises. Likely the best car buying experience I have had EVER!
Update with more details below in order to prevent the business response to this review from misrepresenting the story and deceiving others: I would not recommend Hadwin-White if you are looking for a dealer that is interested in helping you purchase a car at a fair price. This was the worst experience I've had with a car dealer. They were deceptive in the buying process, were rude, and offered unrealistic value on my trade in. We did not purchase.
