Brought my GMC Sierra to Hadwin-White to have the Torque Converter replaced. I first dealt with Michael Bomgardner, service advisor, who took the time to discuss the options and made me feel confident in choosing Hadwin-White to do the work. Also had the pleasure of working with Darrin, the service manager regarding some scratches on the bed on my truck that we determined were my own fault. I have no complaints about the staff and store. They were great to work with. My issue was with GM after. The front view camera on my 22 Sierra failed shortly after I got it CPO and in March GM issued a TSB for every truck made since 2020 1500, 2500, 3500 GMC and Chevy and mine had to go 3 mos with disabled systems due to the issue including cruise. All the staff are warm and very friendly and accommodating! Chris Fullwood stands out as a customer care representative. He heard what I needed, listened to my concerns, and got me a great deal on my new vehicle. Their service center runs like a well oiled machine. Mike has taken great care of my other vehicle and was communicative during each stage of repairs, letting me know the issue and the associated cost.
