Purchased a new 2025 GMC Sierra from Hadwin White and then I purchased a hard cover from Rough Country and Hadwin White service department installed the cover me I dealt with the service manager Derrin Cox he was awesome to work with my appointment was at 0830 and that is when he had the technician start on the job Derrin told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours and it was a 1 hour and 20 minutes, I ask Derrin if he could have my truck washed he said he would try to get it done and he did. GREAT service department. I bring my Corvette to Derrin Cox whom is the service manager because he is extremely knowledgeable from a mechanics standpoint with all GM products. He takes the time to explain what is needed to either repair or maintain my vehicle in top running condition. I appreciate his desire to achieve a pleasurable and trustworthy experience for all his customers. He also has a great team working for him at the service desk, Kensley is outstanding.
