TOO HIGH ON EVERYTHING THEY DO.
Bought a truck from Dwain Taylor Chevrolet in Murray KY on November 16th 2024. As soon as we drove the truck off the lot it made a loud noise when it went into 4th gear. Had a scheduled appointment on Friday, Oct 18th. We left the vehicle the night before putting the key in the drop box. When i arrived Friday afternoon, the vehicle had not been serviced. As a matter of fact, the keys were in the box. The vehicle sat there all day in front of the service department with no service.
