Dr. Bui was nice I liked him. I liked how he explained everything as he went along.
Just sleazy business practices. I would advise anyone to avoid this place. If you do have to go here, make sure you print out your full insurance benefits and/or know every detail by heart, because they will not provide you with any key information beforehand. When scheduling your appointment, ask them point blank what your costs will be for all your exams and services, with and without insurance. They took great care of me and explained things thoroughly. I really appreciated they accepted my insurance because not all providers do.
Came in yesterday for a routine eye exam. Doctor Bui, his receptionist, and the woman who took me back initially (sorry I’m not sure what the correct term of her position is 😭) were very friendly and helpful. Glad that I came in!
