I contacted the home office to request parts for my Bug Slayer system. The person that answered gave me the name and contact information for the local representative, Kevin, in the Palm Beach County, FL area. I immediately called and got a strange voice mail that implied to me that he was very busy and so a call back was questionable. As I suspected, he never returned my call. I purchased a new system from another company.
I Highly recommend this company for its great prices on bug systems and quality products they provide. I Love My BugSlayer mosquito mist control system. No more annoying bugs at that backyard BBQ or keep them out your horse barn, very versatile systems. Anything that Flys and bites or makes a web say bye bye
