We've been dealing with Bugs Inc for close to a year now and they always do a very thorough job. The one time we saw some ants a few weeks after they'd sprayed, they came back and did some spot treatments. Usually though, the guys are super friendly, this time I don't know if the guy was feeling under the weather, but he didn't really say anything and was listening to music on his earphones the whole time.
