Ordered a replacement windshield. It arrived promptly but needed modifications to make it fit properly. After installation I discovered a scratch on it (not from the installation). Called customer service, Katie Williams. I was told that it could not be returned because the protective film had been removed. HELLO, the first line in the installation instructions states 'Remove protective film' (which I did NOT do until after the installation.) Bought a Red Dot seat cover after being assured that it was OEM quality. When I received it, I found that although it was a nice LOOKING seat cover, I could see daylight through the stitching. The OEM covers are seamless, so water can't soak into the cushion. Not pleased with that at all, especially after asking about it before I ordered. Also, I was supposed to receive free shipping but after numerous promises to credit the shipping, no credit was ever issued. I'd suggest buying elsewhere.

Buyers beware...this place will say they have items in stock when you order and after waiting 10+ days and items not showing up I call them to get status. They now say parts are on backorder for 30+ days before delivery will take place. Expressed my displeasure because I needed to order more items and they don't care or do anything to make their lack of communication better. Definitely NO customer service with this outfit! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Buy local. the return policy with BU is not good or fair. They insisted on shipping me a particular part which turned out to be the wrong part. I got stuck with the return fees. Another lost customer.

I ordered a 48 volt conversion kit on July 27 ,after receiving my kit I noticed a part missing so I looked at the invoice (backordered)at no point when I was placing the order did the salesman tell me the kit would not come complete, and that I would have to wait for a part to come at a later date. After 5 phone calls and four different shipping dates ,I was told today august 28 when I called they have no idea when the parts will be available .they cant do anything to help me at this point. Bought 3 different items for my golf cart. Didn’t realize when checking out 1 item was the wrong year. Maybe whoever is checking your orders/invoices should double check when items are for different years. Verify with customer. I mean it still took longer than expected to ship than what it stated online anyways. May save some people some money in the long run. May even give your business a better name. Purchased a advanced yamaha g22 motor advertised made in America for 590 dollars in August 2018 that failed in May 2020. Cart was used Maybe 30 minutes a day to pick up neighborhood garbage with special needs neighbor. No assistance from BU as 1 year warranty had passed. Extremely dissatisfied. They no longer carry motor and I can guess why. I advise not to do business with them. There are other options.

I tip my hat to Dustin K. Williams in Customer Service: I decided to build a customize Club Car Precedent Buggy during the Quarantine. Lots to chose from and order from Buggies Unlimited. I was ready for a fun project. I ordered. Boxes came. Lots of them. Almost everyday for 2 weeks as I spent nights searching & discovering new items. Order the part they sent the wrong one called them i sent the wrong part back to him. and they send me another one waited three days no part called them they said they forgot to send it out waited 3 days called again they didn't send the part out again calling again they said they'd have it to me next day I doubt it
