Thank you for getting our furnace working. Five stars ⭐️
Overdue review, Rich and his crew did an awesome job earlier this year installing two new furnaces and ductwork. Furnaces keep it nice and toasty, heating bills have decreased, and they did a great job cleaning up a huge mess, looked better after they left. His crew is super polite and made sure we stayed warm during the installation, Rich was always available for questions and informative on our choices of equipment.
Had my furnace go out on a weekend Saturday night of course. Call Rich on Sunday. He returned my call. Walked me through some quick troubleshooting. Didn't fix the problem. Had a technician out there first thing Monday morning. Got me up and running. No complaints on this end.
