Had my furnace go out on a weekend Saturday night of course. Call Rich on Sunday. He returned my call. Walked me through some quick troubleshooting. Didn't fix the problem. Had a technician out there first thing Monday morning. Got me up and running. No complaints on this end.

My boiler acted up and I was on a very tight schedule. Rich came over the very next day and got us up and running. Rich is the best!
Anytime we have an issue Bugay Heating & Cooling has always been dependable and quick to respond. We lost our furnace in the middle of Winter, and he was here the very next day! We have had multiple jobs completed that we are very happy with!
