Their Quarterly program is well worth the investment and peace of mind it provides, and yes they have come back and provided services at no additional charge because we participate in this program. Without question the worst customer service possible. Complete and total failure on the part of management to resolve our issues. We were a long-term client with residential service and Bug Zero lied to us. They were more than happy to take our money but failed to stand behind their work.
I haved used Bug Zero residential and commercial services for many years now and I cant recommend them enough. The service is second to none and the results = no bugs!
