The office folks and technicians are all so kind and easy to work with. They came out to do work on our property as we were having issues with voles.. we hadn't had any activity in over 1 week and the technician was honest that maybe we should wait to do the treatment to see if we still had an issue... this was a breathe of fresh air after another company had come out to look and was trying to get us to pay double what Bug Zapper quoted, even though they also knew we weren't seeing any activity recently. I would not and can not recommend this company to anyone. From miscommunication to telling us we are wrong, it has been a bad experience and to quote them "this has gotten worse since we've been out here" Trying to deal with rats, they told us we had rat monitoring stations. County pest control guy told us those were for mice, we thought they were for mice, they look like they are for mice. Bug Zappers told us no we have rat stations and were adamant.
