Calling them was the best decision we ever made. Living on the eastern shore we have a lot of bugs and Chris was able to help with all of our issues. Most importantly he was honest about what was worth doing and what would most likely not be effective. Honesty is very important to us and having someone tell us the truth and not just what we wanted to hear or what would make him the most money was much appreciated. When he came out he was very friendly and efficient.
