RIPOFF WARNING ‼️ We hired a company called Bug Squad located in Lake Forest to do wood repair after termite tenting. Andi also said they would fix a leak in our roof. not only did they do a terrible job (see pictures), when they sent another guy out to fix it, the second guy just plastered over the botched work and made it worse. The third guy came out and removed the ugly job but has now left our ridge beam exposed with no tiles whatsoever. I tried contacting Bug Squad five times over two weeks, including submitting a request through their website, but never received a response. Their lack of communication is extremely disappointing - very poor customer service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
