Absolutely the nicest, most understanding, and friendly people you'll ever meet. I was (unashamedly) terrified of a wolf spider that was in my kitchen. They made time for me and took care of it the same day. I am so grateful! The cost is very affordable and I made the right choice by contacting Bug Off. I happily and confidently recommend them to anyone.
Carl and Tracy are a wonderful team. Down to earth tell it like it is couple. Have rats in the attic and they sealed every entry point for me. Gave me pointers on what to do down the road not only with rats but a variety of bugs. And lawn weed killer. The kind of people you would invite to dinner.
This is one company that the 5 Star reviews got RIGHT! I have always been a little leary of reviews since they are sometimes driven by emotion rather than fact. In this case all the positive reviews are justified. Personable, Professional, Punctual, Honest and very informative are just a few words that describe Tracy and Carl. My first impressions are wow. You just don't get this kind of service these days! Highly recommended with a price befitting the service quality!
Excellent pest control company! They are very responsive, professional, and provide outstanding customer service. The Traci and Carl are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and they always take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
