This is one company that the 5 Star reviews got RIGHT! I have always been a little leary of reviews since they are sometimes driven by emotion rather than fact. In this case all the positive reviews are justified. Personable, Professional, Punctual, Honest and very informative are just a few words that describe Tracy and Carl. My first impressions are wow. You just don't get this kind of service these days! Highly recommended with a price befitting the service quality!
Excellent pest control company! They are very responsive, professional, and provide outstanding customer service. The Traci and Carl are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and they always take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Don't hesitate in choosing bug off. They are honest and thorough. No more rats in my attic to do damage. I will now use them for all my pest control needs.
A wonderful family business I would like to recommend to everyone who is bugged by bugs. We had serious rodent issues on our farm, the rats were a serious threat to our chicks and they were not afraid of anything. After installing the traps, within two days I managed to fill an entire box with them and we didn't have to worry about them anymore. Carl also took care of our Termite Treatment, and was very professional about it, punctual and precise. Customer service is excellent, responsive and kind.
Carl is the best in his field and the best in Charlotte County! Highly recommend to anyone looking for pest control.
