Mr. Smythers our manager reached out to you back in October to discuss these issues and try and resolve them . We reset your months due again as we have in the past and informed you that if you could not hold a schedule then it would be best to change to 1x services on an as needed basis . On the very next service your service was scheduled late again . Our four season quarterly services are set to be due on an every three month rotation.
