We used Bug Man at our old house to fix some termite issues before we moved. Naturally, when our brand new home began having Carpenter Ant issues, we called them to come. Justin, from the Cburg location came, explained everything thoroughly and was so nice and professional. He has been to my home to spray twice now (the quarterly service) and I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company and their products. I HIGHLY recommend them!

They came to my house with out having and appointment with me to do a termite inspection, they said the old owner of the home had a balance and had it scheduled to come out every so often so it was no charge to me since he had money on his account several months later I get an unexpected bill that has already been sent to collections at that point. I paid for it so that it wouldn't go against my credit but that's the only reason why. The man was literally only there about 5 minutes and he looked around and then left. I've tr... read more

Please call our office at 540-345-2200 to speak with a manager to discuss this. We did not do a free termite inspection at this property. It appears we did a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report for the real estate closing. We are usually paid at closing for this report, but we were not paid so it was sent to collections.
