Absolutely rude company. Charged for services when they are not conducted ( 2 years in a row) Front office threatened to pull bait out of stations that have been paid for after 4 years in a row when I requested to cancel service and stated the bait was rented to us:-0 Same bait in station for the past 4 years and yet we get charged as if they reset them every year and often times have to call for a representative actually to inspect the traps and come service the home as services were not really provided.
