My issues In December this happened to me: I specified to only do service on the weekends because the gate is usually locked and at times the dog is left in the back yard. These guys are great! Bug Guys has taken care of my pest control for the last year and the service has been amazing. They come out every other month and I haven't had any problems with bugs since I started using them. The technicians are friendly and do a great job as well. Everyone should use Bug Guys.
Good Service After shopping around for a while I decided to go with Bug Guys because of all of the services that are provided at such a great price. So far everything has gone well and I don't have any bugs or rodents running around anymore. The quality of service is just as good if not better than any other pest control company that I have used.
Beware Bug Guy reps (look like HS kids) show up at front door @ dinner time with a story the are running a promo price. The pitch is they have already gotten several of my neighbors signed up and since they will be in the area they can offer me a one time $39.95 spraying. I agreed then I was told I needed to sign a release so the tech could come in my home the next day. I was also required to give them a time & ph# and they would give me a 30 min. lead time. Choose someone else! I attempted to end my contract with these people and was given the standard line taht I couldn't. I did not remember signing a contract, so my bad, but I was approached in 110° heat with my daughter in the backseat of my car, asleep, who I was trying not to wake and this guy comes by offering a "special" for $35 to do extermination services.
