We made and offer on a home and needed an inspection on very short notice. THey were able to work with our schedule and found a lot of things we would never have found. They also provided a plan to correct the issues. Took a lot of time to explain in detail what was going on. Greatly appreciated!

I have used this service solely since I bought my house last summer. Chris is terrific all around. Not only is he educated in what he is doing but he does a good job of explaining it to me. He tells me what he is using and why and how it differs from other options. I don’t have the easiest schedule to accommodate and he always works around my availability. He’s honest and friendly which can’t be assumed in today’s world sadly. Highly recommend this company for any of their offered services.
