extremely dissatisfied, very unprofessional/rude technicians forgot addresses or where they were to go to spray. final spray ...pretty much didn't!! still have problem after 6 treatments do not recommend this company at all! these techs didn't even know what they were spraying for!!
Friendly, responsive owner, have used his service for over 5 years and he responds quickly to any concerns we have (which are few, great work!). Support a locally owned, family business! Recommend you give him a try for his month to month service and not a long contract as required by others.
I have had the same experience as the other reviewer at this site. I paid for a 6 month contract in full and have only had four visits. I have called numerous times and usually receive no answer. I have left four messages. When I did get through once to a person, they said they would call me back and never did. I guess my next step will be to report them to the BBB. Very disappointing.
