I called 4 other businesses (small business and BIG name companies), they either didn’t answer or price way too high, or offered more services than what I was asking for. I called Bug A Bug and was greeted by Brittany with enthusiasm and outstanding customer service. She was able to schedule a service to my home in a very short time. The 2 techs that came, James and Alex, were very thorough in explaining why and what the game plan was and making sure our bug problem was eliminated.
