Terrible professionalism and they Do NOT back their work. We had Hardwoods installed in 2006 which included removal and replacement of the toilet. The toilet was NOT reinstalled properly and over time has been leaking between wood floor and sub flooring. Once we realized an issue (saw water spot in basement) we called a GA liscensed Master Plumber who, after removing the toilet and all the wax from how they rigged the install, he stated this was the worst he had seen in 28 years.
