I called and left a message on the weekend to repair a washer and didn't get a call back on Monday. I called Tuesday and said he could be over at noon. The renter said he didn't show up. I called the next morning and all he said is "your brother", and hung up. I called back and he said I can't service you and hung up. I talked to my brother and he said the about 8 years ago he came over to fix his refrigerator and didn't seem to know what he was doing and never fixed it. This guy was a jerk. My husband called several times for a dishwasher repair and he never returned his call. When I called, I was trying to schedule it for Monday, and he asked me what time worked, he said around 3:00. I ask him if we could do 4, and he says, "I'm not interested in the job and hung up on me". So unprofessional. I don't care if I have to pay more money to deal with a company that is professional and respectful to its customers.
Very professional, and super nice! I will definitely call him again if I have issues with any appliances in the future.

It's difficult to find someone to work on a microwave. Paul did so quickly and at a very fair price. Since he's a one man show who answers his own calls so you know when he is going to be at your home. He's also very personable as well as experienced. Highly recommended.
Paul is great. He does great work and he's honest. He won't steer you wrong.
I was charged $330. to fix my washer. The repair did not fix it. I left many messages for Paul but he will not call back. He must think he has his money so too bad.

Please try calling me in the morning and being cordial without all of your assumptions . and maybe even an apology. Bet it works better .
